Lio Piccolo, a small village in the Venetian Lagoon, offers a peaceful retreat from the bustle of Venice. Accessible by a scenic 10-kilometer bike ride from Treporti, it’s a perfect spot for nature lovers and history enthusiasts. The village is known for its agriculture, producing artichokes and jujubes. You can visit the local museum, Frammenti di Laguna, to learn about the area’s Roman roots and the formation of the lagoon. Al Notturno Restaurant has the best risotto, even if it costs 22 eur x person, it's the most delicious food!
